Q: WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

A: We accept a range of payment methods for your convenience. Upon completion of our services with you, we will issue you with an invoice which will detail all necessary information for payment. These payment methods may include cash payment, cheque and EFT (electronic funds transfer).

Q: how do you select the right type of air conditioning or refrigeration system?

A: Before providing a quote, we will conduct a site inspection to ensure we have considered all aspects of your home or business. We will then recommend a system which is sized correctly for your space.

Q: Do i need to clean the ac filter myself?

A: Cleaning your filters will play a large role in the air conditioning maintenance which should be conducted frequently. Ensuring you are up to date with your AC maintenance will kelp to keep its operation efficiency and lengthy life span. If you feel confident in doing so, you are able to clean the filter yourself. However, this is a service we are able to offer - please contact us to discuss a maintenance program suited to your AC unit.

Q: will you install air conditioning and refrigeration systems that i have sourced independently?

A: Yes, we are willing to install any brand of AC units and refrigeration systems. However, we highly recommend you contact us before making any purchase, this way we may be able to provide some advice to ensure you have selected the right product for your home or business.
